British Airways: Club-World Check-In Experience
Team Project with & by Eunsil Ji, Jeremy Lochead, Jisue Park & Riya Panchal. In collaboration with British Airways. Throughout the project, I contributed largely with design direction, problem solving and final presentation. A service design brief that required us to link design led spaces, customer enjoyment and practical management of an airport together. It also focuses on designing experiences and defining touch points relevant to the final solution. The design solutions should push the boundaries and create a space that would stand out whilst delivering within an operational environment.
